set color palettes (as in something like this. please have one in mind!)
character interactions (seperate characters are treated like their own order form. i go into more detail further down)

i have 5 general commission slots at all times, meaning this can be any mix of any commission type and variety. basically, if i am working on 5 commissions, i am not available for another commission. once i have completed 1 of those 5 commissions, i now have a slot re-opened. once all 5 are done, i have all 5 slots available again. i have a certain number of slots available for each commission type: 5 headshot/bust slots, 4 halfbody slots, and 3 fullbody slots. this does not mean i have a total of 12 (all of those numbers added up) general slots, i still only have 5. so, for example, let's make a scenario: i have 1 slot open. i am currently working on 3 fullbodys and 1 bust, meaning 4/5 of my general slots are taken. you cannot request another fullbody from me at this time, because i only do a maximum of 3 fullbodys at a time. you either have to request a headshot/bust or halfbody, or you have to wait until i am done with one of my 3 fullbody commissions so that you can request a fullbody yourself. ok, scenario over. hope that makes sense...
